Founded in 2021, our company was created with a strong technological focus and is officially recognized by San Marino Innovation, the agency that supports the development of high-tech enterprises.

Located in the heart of Italy, San Marino is a key hub for European numismatics, with over four active auction houses. In this vibrant and tradition-rich context, Classical Coin Grading works with a network of independent experts to ensure the authenticity and grading of coins.

We use the Sheldon grading scale, the current international standard, to assign accurate and objective grades. Each certified coin is sealed in a transparent, custom-designed holder that protects it from oxidation and environmental damage. All of our encapsulation materials are 100% Made in Italy, the result of proprietary design and dedicated local production.

Our team has extensive expertise in classical numismatics, with deep experience in Greek, Magna Graecia, Roman Republican, and Imperial coinage. Thanks to our location and specialization, we also have strong knowledge of Italian and European coins, from the medieval period to the modern age.
